Couple walking on the beach

Demand for our services is continuing to grow year on year and last month we provided almost 200 counselling sessions to people impacted by cancer.

We are not alone in struggling in this financial climate and would particularly appreciate any support from you. The demand for specialist cancer counselling is greater than ever but our donations and support have reached an all time low. Please, if you can help in any way we'd really appreciate it. Don't forget our exciting events in 2009 (see below) and corporate counselling offerings to company staff.

Meanwhile, here's what a donation to the Cancer Counselling Trust can achieve:

  • £10 provides crisis-call support to help people who are struggling with a diagnosis and don't know where to turn or how to cope
  • £35 provides an assessment counselling session to ensure we support people in the best way possible
  • £100 helps us reach out with a delivery of leaflets and posters to deprived and isolated areas of the country.
  • £250 provides one client with their counselling sessions after their assessment.
  • £500 helps us staff our phonelines for nearly a week, to make sure people in need are directed to the right resources, as quickly as possible.
  • £1000 goes towards supporting someone with terminal cancer.

We need your support more than ever. If you are able to make a donation we'd be extremely grateful.

Thank you.
